Welcome to the World Cup Pro Am Series mobile application (the “App”). Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These communications are considered an integral part of your participation in the Series. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Hong, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hong Hong for any disputes related to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated version in the App and updating the “Effective Date” above. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
